Q: How is the Coaching/Counseling done?
A: By Skype, Telephone and E-mail.
Q: Do you do face to face coaching?
A: No (only with our corporate services). All couple and individual coaching and counseling is done through electronic communication.
Q: What is the cost for professional time?
A: Fees are based on hourly rates and change from time to time. Additional time is billed in half hour increments. Simply contact us and we will be pleased to provide you with the current rate. N.B. Discounts are also offered for "Multiple sessions coaching plans"
Q: How do I get started?
A: Simply complete/send the " Contact form" OR send us an e-mail OR "Skype" us at Skype name: "Time Champ" for a free initial discussion about your challenges.
Q: During what hours can sessions take place?
A: We offer flexible hours due to the fact that all sessions are done through either Phone, Skype or e-mail, so sessions are usually arranged to happen per mutual agreement.
Q: What are your work hours?
A: Counseling Hours: Appointment times available daytime, evening, and weekend per mutual agreement.
Q: What types of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Master Card, Wire transfers and Online cheques (Payment must have been received before any coaching/Counselling will commence). Please take contact and we will arrange a mutually satisfactory payment option for you. Be assured your personal information is kept confidential and that it is protected through a secure server.
Q: How long are the telephone interviews?
A: Each session is a minimum of one hour. It is difficult to discuss and effectively deal with complex issues in less than an hour.
Q: How long does the counselling process go on for?
A: It varies from case to case. We offer a variety of plans from very short to longer programs depending on the clients needs, budget and desire to further improve themselves or their situation. Please take contact and we will arrange a suitable option for you.
Q: How frequently are sessions made?
A: Some are daily if it is dealing with critical situations, however sessions are usually held once or twice per week.
Q: Do I do most of the talking while the coach listens?
A: Not necessarily. You will find that the sessions are very interactive with both you and the Coach asking questions and talking. We always strive to fully understand the client's situation, challenges and goals, so we can offer the best advice possible.
Q: What if my spouse doesn't wish to participate?
A: We encourage both partners to participate in the sessions together. If one partner declines, we then ask permission of the person requesting the service if we can contact their partner directly. If permission is given, we then telephone the hesitant partner to personally invite them to attend. In most instances, the hesitant partner joins the sessions. However if he/she does not, then the person requesting the service is encouraged to proceed with sessions to deal with his/her issues of concern.
Q: Are services offered to children and teenagers?
A: Yes we can, however only with the consent of an adult who's willing to take full responsibility for such sessions taking place. |
