TERMS

The terms listed here includes information about how we work together and what is expected of each party:

1. We respond to all emailed correspondence within a business day, (but often faster)
2. All Coaching/Counselling will be limited to telephone or E-mail communication.
3. Early in our correspondence/discussions we will establish an understanding about the frequency, duration and nature of the Coaching/Counselling.
4. Any correspondence or verbal communication is confidential. We will use all reasonable means to keep all written correspondence private and secure. You are free to show the material to people you choose, however publication of our words, in any form, including on the Internet will require our permission.
5. An adult must always take full responsibility for any engagement/agreement with our firm (people over 18-21 years of age depending on the state). If we are in doubt of your age, we may require further identification.
6. For more complex sexual, drug or alcohol addicted issues, please instead contact someone who specializes with such problems.
7. The work is confined to being done by email or phone. Threats to safety of the client or others will not be dealt with other than by the usual correspondence. If safety is an issue then qualified local help needs to be found and this is the responsibility of you as the client.
8. If you are currently working with another therapist, psychologist, counsellor or coach, then please mention this upfront in your correspondence or conversations with us, as it is an issue that needs careful attention.
9. We accept Visa, Master Card, Wire transfers and online cheques (Payment must have been received before any coaching/Counselling will commence).
10. You can terminate your connection with us at any time (preferably by letting us know well in advance of any arranged session), however all plans are non-refundable!
11. No specific outcomes are implied or promised.
12. Each session is a minimum of one hour. If client forgets the appointment, then that session will be charged anyway.
13. By accepting our services for Coaching/Counselling, involves that you have read and/or agree to the Terms and conditions written within this page.
14. DSIworldcorp LLC and its staff reserve the right to instantly terminate all dealings with a client if we are put in any uncomfortable position, I.e. asked to lie on your behalf or if given any information of a criminal or unethical nature, and the client hereby promise to avoid such actions or disclosure of such kind of information to us in the 1'st place.
15. The client hereby takes full responsibility for what information he/she/they chose to act on or implement based on the sessions or any communications that takes place. The client hereby promise to hold DSIworldcorp LLC and its staff free from any legal prosecution, threats or harassment of any kind by themselves or others.
16. The coaching advice provided, as part of the Services are not a substitute for your independent judgement and experience. DSIworldcorp LLC does not warrant or guarantee that the coaching will work in any particular circumstances for you. You are responsible and liable for the results you achieve by using any suggestions given.
17. Cancellations & Missed Appointments:
    We require a full 24 hour notification of cancellation of any appointments. Notification of less than 24 hours is deemed a $50.00 charge. No advance notice of cancellation is charged at the full session fee. Please call ahead if you cannot keep your appointment so that space can be offered to someone else.
